GoodWe inverter products and energy storage solutions purchased through Toyomax Nigeria (an authorized regional distributor) come standard with official factory manufacturer warranty protection.

• Complete System Special Warranty: Any GoodWe inverter and battery pairing purchased directly from Toyomax Nigeria and installed by our certified engineering team comes with an extended 10-Year Comprehensive System Warranty.
  
  
• On-Grid & Hybrid Solar Inverters: 5-Year Limited Standard Warranty (Covers single-phase and three-phase residential and commercial/industrial inverters, including EO, ET, DNS, SDT, SMT, ET, GT, and ESA series).
  
  
• GoodWe BAT Series Energy Storage Batteries: 5-Year Limited Standard Warranty (Applies to Lynx, GT, SMT, ET, BAT, HT, UT and ESA Series lithium battery packs when purchased standalone).
  
  
• Accessories : 2-Year Limited Standard Warranty (Applies to Wi-Fi Kits, SmartMeters, EzLogger Pro, and SEC series controllers).
  
  
• After-Sales Support: Toyomax Nigeria provides certified local technical support, complete RMA processing, diagnostic troubleshooting, and original spare component replacement.

Warranty Conditions & Claims: Coverage covers manufacturing defects and internal component failures under normal operating conditions. Damages resulting from improper installation, grid surge/lightning without external protection, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.
